The Nassaus of Breda - Castle, Town and County
Here, using the Family Trail, you will learn all about Breda's meaningful history in a playful way.
At 13 points in the exhibition there are stops, places where you experience, do and learn something. Moreover, with the special stamp card you collect city residents who make you wiser about their lives. This way you will learn more about the significant Nassaus and how they lived their lives. You get an impression of what Breda used to look like and of course you learn more about the ruse with the Turfschip. Read more about The Nassaus of Breda here
Ambition & Longing
This permanent exhibition is about a time when everything changed in Breda.
For children with the urge to discover, there is a Family Trail with fun assignments.
There is the RaRaRa game where you have to rack your brains to figure out the purpose of objects that were once commonplace and are no longer known. And test your inventing skills in a special part of the exhibition: the Factory of Breda.
School vacations
During the May, summer, fall and Christmas vacations, we always have special activities for children. The program during the vacations is always announced in time on the See & Do page.
Café
In the café we take children's wishes into account. The menu includes sausage rolls, cheese balls, jam or fruit sprinkles and there is chocolate milk and organic lemonade.
