How do I buy a ticket?

You can buy your ticket online in advance, or at the museum.

How do I buy an e-ticket?

Use this link to select and pay for your e-ticket online. You can also buy a ticket on your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

Can I change the date on my ticket once I have purchased it?

If you are unable to visit on the day for which you have bought a ticket, simply change the date online. Please bear in mind that we cannot refund the cost of unused tickets.

Can I visit with a group?

Where can I leave my coat and bag?

Before your visit, you can store your coats and bags in our cloakroom. Free lockers are available as well.

Visitor terms and conditions

The following rules and conditions apply to visitors to our museum:

  • Please leave coats, bags and umbrellas in our cloakroom
  • The museum is not liable for theft
  • Please do not bring food to consume at the museum, not even in our café
  • You may take photographs, without a flash or tripod, and only for non-commercial purposes. Occasionally, photography might not be permitted at a temporary exhibition. Our gallery attendants will inform you if this is the case.
  • The museum has CCTV to guarantee the safety of visitors and the collection
  • The museum regularly allows photography and filming during opening hours, activities and events to produce promotional material. If you would prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please inform the photographer, film crew or a member of the museum staff.
