La Chapelle

For La Chapelle, Zut Mon Sac is collaborating with visitors to create a large, collective artwork: a chapel covered in textile walls. Artists, visitors, and participants will work with fabrics using techniques like painting, printing, and embroidery. These textiles together form the walls of the chapel, where different stories, styles, and perspectives converge.

A place of encounter, connection, and meaning

La Chapelle refers to the chapel as a place of encounter, connection, and meaning. While religious buildings used to be central to the community, Zut Mon Sac now sees a unifying role for culture. By creating together, space is created for conversation, reflection, and mutual understanding, especially now when cultural initiatives are under pressure.
