What is special about the museum's costume collection is that it reflects Breda's population. The outfits, mostly everyday clothing, were worn by different people who lived and worked here.
We know the owner of some of the outfits. Especially for Worn stories, outfits have been put together for a number of historical Breda people whom you get to know well in the exhibition.
